Project Administrative Assistant

PTS has a great opportunity!  We a looking for an experienced Project Administrative Assistant at a local Refinery in the SF Bay area.
The contract is 18 - 24 months and ends at the end of 2023. Local Candidates only.  

Main Function:
Supports the project by providing administrative support for the project team in the development and completion of project activities including plans, evaluations, reports and other related project documentation.
 
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
To the Project Team
  • Provides administrative support for team
  • Manages team file system, document control
  • Processes contractor billings if needed
  • Obtains clerical & secretarial support as required
  • Obtains office equipment, facilities, supplies, telephones, radios, data links as needed
  • Coordinates obtaining ID badges for team
  • Establishes procedures for mail, overnight services, company pouch
  • Works with CE contract auditing for contractor correct invoicing
  • Maintains current knowledge of Refinery administrative procedures & policies
  • Works with CE contracting for supplements, change orders
  • Works with Investment Recovery for Surplus Disposal
 
Qualifications:
  • Has clearly demonstrated administrative competence
  • Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal/teambuilding skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Safety Certification and Training Requirements
