Our client is a major refinery in the Los Angeles area serving the fuel transportation and aviation fuel needs of the western United States. Operates an integrated network of strategic assets that creates and sells refined petroleum products, from feedstock acquisition to wholesale, commercial and retail sales outlets. They are seeking a sharp Process Engineer to support capital, maintenance, and/or TA projects across their South Bay refineries.
Process Engineer will support:
RBWS justification
SEEK Migration for mass balances/monthly report
Heater NOx and performance review
General PI Page updating and clean-up
Ideal Experience
2-5 year's experience as a Process Engineer in a refinery environment
Field Support experience - ideally HPD or catalyst background
Hysis/PetroSIM (some simulation experience)
Heater operation or design experience
Unit debottlenecking experience
Distillation troubleshooting or design background
