Pay Range: $25-$27hr
Location: Garyville, LA
Start: Nov/Dec 2024
Schedule: 5/8s or 9/80
Experience: Must have prior experience scheduling contractors and understanding labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule hourly Operations employees weekly following the contractual overtime cadence and fatigue guidelines to incorporate rest periods into the schedule.
- Work with shift foreman to incorporate scheduling requests such as special assignments, training, into the schedule.
- Understand and apply sick pay program to ensure sick pay is accurately provided to employees
- Complete schedules using Indeavor scheduling software
- Manage vacation sign up logs and assign vacations into Indeavor
- Work with Indeavor software team on required changes to the software system as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Indeavor is nice to have
- Previous experience scheduling for internal employees
- Previous experience in oil/gas is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Time Management
- Ability to multi-task
