Job Summary
Provide support on building new job descriptions and/or updating existing job descriptions reflecting progressive levels of role, incorporating general principles and best practices - spanning across multiple functions within the organization.  Decipher commonly required experience and educational qualifications as part of the Career Management Framework initiative.  
 
Prior experience in HR crafting/modifying job descriptions based on market baselines; supporting variety of business units/groups, corporate functions (i.e., CFO, Administration, Legal, IT, etc.) :
*             Knows how to research and glean role responsibilities determined by progression level
*             Background building and/or modifying job descriptions to align with market trends

Background can vary - HR (HRBP); org design; Talent Acquisition; Talent Management, etc.
