Create plans and schedules for tank repair projects that encompass the total project (cleaning, repairs, coating, hydro, etc.) 

Track progress and update plans and schedules

Create weld packages and excavation packages 

Work with subcontractors to obtain estimates, schedules, schedule updates, etc. 

Facilitate bringing external contractors onsite by lining up onboarding, site orientations, vehicle passes, etc. 

Assist with cost tracking/forecasting 

Set up and facilitate meetings (one on one or group meetings as needed) in order to build solid plans/schedules 

Make field walks to obtain necessary information (pictures, dimensions, verify P&ID's, etc.) 

Sign off on permits in order to enter confined spaces
