Dustin joined PTS Advance in 2020, spearheading various projects and increasing PTS Advance’s operational footprint. These initiatives culminated in PTS Advance becoming the leading provider of talent to the United States’ Oil, Gas, and Chemical industry with established offerings in the Power & Renewables and Life Sciences markets across both Contract and Direct Hire requirements. 

Entering the recruitment industry in 2004, Dustin understands the challenges and nuances clients face in finding the right talent for their projects, using his experience to help clients ensure their project’s success and the safety of those supporting it.

Dustin has dedicated his career to helping people reach their personal and professional goals. Whether it’s supporting a client in overcoming a challenge or supporting internal teams to achieve individual or collective team goals, Dustin enjoys working with people towards positive outcomes and celebrating everyone’s success.

Outside of PTS Advance, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family and traveling when he can. As a native Floridian, Dustin takes advantage of the beautiful weather, staying active, finding exercise and the outdoors therapeutic.

With over 13 years of experience, Ashley brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the team at PTS Advance. Ashley has a deep connection to the industries we serve including LNG, Power & Renewables, and the Oil, Gas, & Chemicals markets. 

Kim Gautreau

Since 2005, Kim has supported clients and candidates in Louisiana, and surrounding states across multiple industries which include oil, gas, & chemicals, as well as manufacturing. These industries and the people that Kim has the pleasure to work with in these spaces are deeply rooted and make up a large part of the culture and history of Louisiana, where Kim currently resides.

With Kim’s experience in the Gulf Coast, she has found that the long-lasting professional relationships are a product of her hard work and willingness to always be available for her clients and candidates when they need her.

Outside of her dedicated work time assisting her clients and candidates, Kim enjoys an active lifestyle spent with her family, watching her two boys grow and excel in new activities.

With 15 years’ experience in the energy recruitment industry across the UK, Middle East, Asia, Australia, and the United States, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to the clients and candidates he serves. With over 6 years of experience supporting Energy sectors across the United States, Jacob has a unique understanding of the needs that clients have for top talent. Jacob has worked in both the PTS Advance Orlando, FL office and now resides in the Tustin, CA office as he expands his leadership across the business.

Working and managing recruitment and sales teams on both the East and West Coast has given Jacob the advantage of working with clients, employees, and candidates across different regions to help provide creative solutions that meet the needs of these groups in different regions.

Outside of PTS Advance, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Catie Bartley

With ten years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Catie began her career as an Account Manager earning her way through the ranks as a Regional Manager, Operations Manager, and ultimately into her current role as Director of HR Assignment Support. Knowing every level of service delivery has sharpened her understanding of our candidate’s and client’s needs and how to use all her resources to meet them. Catie is known for her sense of urgency and clearly defining top priorities for the best candidate and customer experience.

Catie enjoys the daily challenge of working with people to solve problems and maximize the impact of their careers on their lives. She loves nothing more than celebrating wins with her clients, candidates, and teammates.

Outside of PTS Advance, Catie spends most of her time with her family and friends. Losing her father to cancer last year heightened her awareness that time with the ones you love is the most precious gift you have. She enjoys being “in the moment” with the people she loves the most, including her husband and two daughters.
