Marine Contract Lead 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Contract Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the contract management process for marine projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management and negotiation, preferably in the marine industry.

Location: 100% Remote, but does require international travel 

Contract Duration: 6 months with potential to be brought on direct.  

Pay Range: $62.50 per hour

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with category management on the entire contract management process for marine projects, from proposal stage to contract closeout.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contracts and related documentation.
• Partners with category management on best practices to Negotiate contract terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and contract file management.
• Participate in internal and external audits, as required.

Requirements: 

- Must have valid Passport for international travel. 

- Must have exceptional time management skills. 

- Must be able to work both individually and on a team
