We are looking for a Manager, Manufacturing Engineering for one of our medical device clients based in the Greater Palm Beach, FL area. Our client is a leading organization that supports, develops and manufactures medical devices to patients around the world.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

• Ensures that all manufacturing equipment (CNC) is well maintained and compliant with Corporate, Industry and Regulatory requirements.
• Develop bill of operations and bill of materials for new product lines.
• Provides technical support for the following: Manufacturing Operations, Quality Management Systems documentation (Change Control, Investigations, etc), New Equipment/Process Design, Installation, Testing, Qualification, Process Validation, etc.

Required knowledge & skills:

• BS/BA degree in engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, preferably Pharma or Med Device
• 3+ years in a Supervisor/Team Lead role
• Experience with precision machining of metals and plastics, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9000/13485 and 21CFR820.
