Sr. Project Controls Specialist
Our client is a major refinery in the Northern California area serving the fuel transportation and aviation fuel needs of the western United States. Operates an integrated network of strategic assets that creates and sells refined petroleum products, from feedstock acquisition to wholesale, commercial and retail sales outlets.
Job Description:
- Daily Allocations
- Company Owned Equipment Plan reviews with contractors
- 3rd Party Equipment reporting weekly (Herc, United Rentals, Total Safety)
- Rental Equipment Record Uploader - Daily task where I route RER for approvals.
- RM Weekly 3rd party Equipment Review
- Track Approvals N-Z
- Contractor Service & Material Reviews N-Z
- Daily FTE Reporting - Hold weekly meeting to track down miss allocations.
- Work Order Contact - manage work order matrix for RF project and TA.
- 2023 2Q and 3Q event - Cost Lead
- Month End Reclass Allocation WOs
- Construction Dashboards
- Variety of reclass for RF during month end closeout
- Per diem tracking across site
- Manage flows with power automate for site (Delay tracking, housekeeping, and Eagle Eye)
Contract Duration: Long term
Pay Rate: 65-80/hr.
