PTS is looking for a Temporary Account Receivable General Accountant for our client in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role will be a temporary fill in role estimated for 3months with the possibility of extension.
Job Title: Staff General Accountant - A/R Billing Role
Location: Commerce Way, Brentwood, TN
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Onsite) 7:00AM- 4:30PM
Duration: 3 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of product sales
- Work with customers on billing issues related to pricing and volume discrepancies, missing invoices, credit, and rebilling of invoices as well as customer account reconciliation
- Interface with cross functional teams to reconcile customer accounts/invoices
- Perform daily reconciliations for various terminal locations to ensure we have billed all products from those locations
- Month end close responsibilities
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounting (Required)
