PTS Advance is looking for a savvy, detail oriented, quick study to fill a roll as Administrative Assistant in Martinez, CA.  

This role will provide high-quality organizational, administrative, and office management services to ensure efficiency and continuity at the Martinez plant location.
A swift capacity to learn and adapt to a new computer programs is crucial.
The programs utilized will be SAP and Power BI. The candidate will undergo training on these programs. Prior experience with these programs is preferred.

Pay rate: $33 hr.
5 days PTO / 8 holidays / PTS Benefits
40 hrs. a week.
Contract length - end of 2026 or up to one yea
r.
      
Requirements:     
3-5 years previous administrative experience
Min high school diploma, extended education preferred
Sound administrative skills and computer skills
Strong MS Office skills, MS Excel, Word ,
Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage workload
Able to exercise time management skills for conflicting priorities with a positive attitude
Proficiency in systematically maintaining accurate records
Restricted/sensitive information to be treated with a high degree of confidentiality
Other:
Must pass a background and drug test
Comfortable with wearing Nomex, steel toed boots, hard hat and safety glasses for field visits
