PTS is looking to add an Assembly & Repair Tech I to our team! This is for a client located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and this opportunity will be a contract to hire. This is an entry level role, and requires no prior experience, but experience in Assembly and tool knowledge is preferred. • Under strict supervision, working in a team environment 
• Employees will assemble and tests Artificial Lift products. 
• Responsible for completing reviews of work orders
• Work to acquire parts for new product assembly and solicits help from and coordinates with manufacturing as necessary. 
• Acquires basic knowledge of materials, components, and their application. 
• Acquires and documents basic knowledge of assembly tools and techniques. 
• Assists with repair and maintenance efforts to improve products and services. 
• Acquires basic knowledge of test procedures and techniques. Documents test procedures, data, observations, and results. 
• Incorporates Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques in all job processes.
• Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected in relatively short time frames. 

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent (Required) 
• Entry level role- requires no prior experience (1-3 years Preferred) 
• Must be Mechanically Inclined
• Punctual and Attendance is required 
• Willing to learn to work with hands in a very physically demanding environment 
• Machinery/tools used: Manufacturing/Measuring tools 
• Lift more than 30 pounds regularly 
• Basic use of hand tools 
• Light computer skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Able to work long hours 
• Able to work in non-climate-controlled area
• Quality assurance experience
