Building Science Lead
Our client is a leading provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions.
This division provides comprehensive Environmental Health Safety Consulting Services. They have a small company feel with the reach and resources of an international firm.
The Building Science Lead have a proven track-record in the industry and will be responsible for leading a technical team and managing all technical aspects of asbestos, lead, mold, and PCB related investigations, remediation design, and remediation oversight projects.
The Building Science Lead have a proven track-record in the industry and will be responsible for leading a technical team and managing all technical aspects of asbestos, lead, mold, and PCB related investigations, remediation design, and remediation oversight projects.
The Building Science Lead will also be responsible for:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to team.
- Work together with other team leaders in the development of budgets, strategic plans, and business unit growth.
- Team profitability
- Providing high quality project deliverables
- Provide leadership, management, and supervision of technical staff.
- All facets of financial well-being of projects
- Maintain, develop, and grow existing and new business opportunities.
- Recruit, train and develop staff.
- Develop proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Lead and conduct field assessments and inspections as needed.
Required Experience:
- BA/BS
- Cal/OSHA CAC (must have)
- CDPH IA
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER
The pay range for this California position is XXXXXX per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per California Senate Bill 1162. Base pay information is based on market location.
