Civil Project Manager - Land development
We are looking for a Land Development Project Manager with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovative solutions. You'll be technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to bring their vision to life. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations.
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents. Including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensed in Washington. (Oregon a plus.)
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
Salary/Benefits:
- $115,000-$150,000
