Responsibilities:  

• Define work breakdown by turnover packages to develop a commissioning schedule
• Develop specific commissioning procedures that could be executed in a standardized method across all facilities.
• Create standard tools to be used to gather, track and assesses information collected during plant startup and commissioning activities.
• Prepares and maintains data files, records, reports and checklists to communicate progress of commissioning and startup efforts.
• Conduct preparatory, initial and execution meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable phase of commissioning activity.
• Create and maintain the project punch list process, ensuring closeout of all action items post startup.
• Work with project management to ensure proper project closeout documentation, i.e. red lined drawings, lessons learned, etc are properly put together and forwarded to relevant stake holders, such as Operations.
• Lead, mentor, coordinate and develop internal commissioning resources.
• Stop work if necessary, to resolve matters that affect safety, quality and/or inhibit the logical progress of work.

• Minimum of 7 years of commissioning experience with increasing responsibility (commissioning engineer, discipline lead, manager, etc.) 
• Ability to manage a cross functional team .
• Ability to oversee multiple, current projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Strong communication and data processing skills.
