Have the ability to coordinate all forms of construction work Piping, Civil, Structural Steel, Insulation & Scaffolding

Be able to coordinate with multiple contractors working on the same project or area

Have the specific knowledge required to coordinate hot taps and in-service welds including

coordination with QA/QC

Attend Joint Job Site Visits and Morning Safety meeting drive Safety and understand the entire

work scope and identify potential constructability and execution problems (Minimum 3 per week)

Closely communicate with various departments, to be able to overcome obstacles 

Have knowledge of MPC material specifications to ensure proper materials are used

Control costs through the understanding of terms and conditions associated with different contracts

with contractors and how they impact each other's productivity

Aware of various contract strategies (lump-sum and T&M) and how they affect work execution

Support Contractors obtaining daily permit requests while ensuring safe job conditions

Progress Tick Books throughout the week via feedback from the contractor foreman's to assure

accurate progress is accounted for (Job Walk required for verification)

Assist in Pre-Turn Around activities

 Assist in Construction planning activities
