PTS Advance is actively searching for a Complaint Specialist to join or client's pharmaceutical product team near Boca Raton, FL.  This Complaint Specialist will be responsible for on-site tracking and documenting complaint investigations related to the product line by conducting investigations.
This is your opportunity to utilize your pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience in a growing manufacturing environment and gain valuable knowledge of the Regulatory and Quality space.
Abbreviated Duties:
  • Track complaints including reports for corporate, customer, and annual reviews.
  • Ensure complaints are closed, investigated, and deadlines are reached.
  • Accurately record actions taken and outcomes by utilizing established report guidelines.
  • Discover complaint root causes and implement CAPAs.
  • Aid in internal and external audits.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
 
Background
  • 4 year degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' in a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Proven history of compliance to GMPs and regulatory bodies.
  • Able to document and conduct investigations with a background in quality.
  • Willing to work occasional weekend days, occasional evenings, occasional remote work
