Customer Service Representative

Location: Addis, LA, 70764, 
Duration: Contract with potential to go direct
Schedule:  either 5-8's or a 9/80 schedule 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Input Pos into company system for both domestic and international customers
  • Responsible for scheduling the shipment of completed orders from warehouse
  • Create invoices for shipped products
  • Interact with customers via phone or email providing support and information on an assigned product or service
  • Ensure that the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns 
  • Maintain customers accounts and records of customers interactions
  • Assist in reconciling invoices and sales in company systems
  • Continue knowledge of company product, production and service to answer inquires and customer support
  • Perform other related duties assigned
  • Submit cost reduction productivity suggestions
  • Reports results promptly in a structured manner
Requirements/Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in petrochemical or oil/gas are highly preferred 
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Applications are highly preferred. 
  • Ability to multitask and be detail oriented 
  • Ability to take corrective action/preventative action as needed
