Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, social media, email, and display advertising. This role focuses on building strategies to increase traffic, improve brand visibility, and drive engagement through SEO/SEM, paid media, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate will also manage marketing automation and CRM platforms, track campaign performance, and apply analytics to deliver measurable results.
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, social media, email, and display advertising. This role focuses on building strategies to increase traffic, improve brand visibility, and drive engagement through SEO/SEM, paid media, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate will also manage marketing automation and CRM platforms, track campaign performance, and apply analytics to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display platforms.
- Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and Account Engagement (MCAE), including campaign setup, workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and CRM integration.
- Lead Tracking: Monitor lead activity and scoring within Salesforce, ensure proper routing, validate campaign processes, and escalate issues when needed to maintain data integrity.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms to increase engagement and lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Build, segment, and schedule targeted campaigns within MCE/MCAE, focusing on personalization and performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, SEMrush, QR codes, and native platform insights; provide reports on traffic, conversions, ROI, and engagement.
- PPC & Display Advertising: Oversee Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- CRM Integration: Use CRM tools to manage customer data and build segmented, data-driven campaigns.
- Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and email campaigns to improve performance and KPIs.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience (5+ years) considered.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in integrated campaign management across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, display advertising, and email. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and automation platforms.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio, with experience in campaign setup, segmentation, and CRM integration.
- CRM & Automation: Skilled in marketing automation and CRM tools for targeting, personalization, and reporting.
- Creative & Analytical Skills: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, content development, and influencer/affiliate marketing.
- Professional Skills: Strong communication, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and in collaboration with a team.
- Preferred: Prior management or training experience; exposure to media, investigative digital research, or related industries. #IND1
