ECM Coordinator II
Location: Sweeny, Texas
Pay Rate: $29.20 (depending on experience)
Duration: 6 months (may extend)
Job Description
- The ECM Coordinator, will be responsible for the following: Performs operation of daily
ECM activities including but not limited to:
- Process and resolve all ECM overrides, schedule changes etc.
- Coordinate data gathering for new contractor set up and on-boarding.
- Primary interface with Contractor timekeepers.
- Maintains ECM procedures and work processes on an on-going basis and ensures
compliance with those procedures, processes and standards.
- Identifies and coordinates reporting requirements.
- Ensures ECM timesheets are processed timely and accurately.
- Maintains all ECM master data (pay formulas, schedules, agreements etc.) with
ServiceNow
- Provide operational support and training to end-users.
- Training of personnel
- Attends project team meetings as required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 or more years of experience in a business environment related to records management
such as record storage, filing and retrieval.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient with electronic data management systems and document imaging
