EHS Trainer

Job Summary
Will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive health and safety training programs on site. This role requires close collaboration with the Safety Supervisor to ensure all training aligns with life-critical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver health and safety training programs tailored to the needs of the chemical plant.
* Collaborate with the Safety Supervisor to identify training needs and ensure alignment with life-critical standards.
* Conduct training sessions for employees on various health and safety topics, including hazard communication, emergency response, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee progress.
* Provide support and guidance to employees on health and safety matters as needed.

Qualifications
* 10 years' experience in chemical or refinery operations.
* Proven experience in developing and delivering health and safety training programs, preferably in a chemical plant or similar industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
