Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Electrical Design and Engineering: Lead design and engineering of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Oil and Gas Sector Expertise: Apply specialized knowledge to projects in the oil and gas industry, covering refining, midstream logistics, and gas processing.
- Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, collaborating to ensure successful delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Renewable Energy Integration: Contribute to the development and integration of electrical systems for renewable energy projects.
- Life Sciences and Manufacturing Support: Provide technical expertise for projects in the life sciences and manufacturing sectors.
- Power Distribution Systems: Design and optimize power distribution systems for efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Arc Flash Mitigation Strategies: Implement effective arc flash mitigation strategies for safety and compliance.
- Collaboration and Client Interaction: Work closely with teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure reliability, safety, and performance of electrical systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas preferred.
- [5-10 years] of experience in electrical engineering with expertise in power, control systems, and automation.
- Oil and gas industry knowledge, including refining, midstream logistics, and gas processing.
- Familiarity with renewable energy, life sciences, manufacturing, and power distribution projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for electrical design and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven project management experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects effectively.
