Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Design and Engineering: Lead design and engineering of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
2. Oil and Gas Sector Expertise: Apply specialized knowledge to projects in the oil and gas industry, covering refining, midstream logistics, and gas processing.
3. Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, collaborating to ensure successful delivery within timelines and budgets.
4. Renewable Energy Integration: Contribute to the development and integration of electrical systems for renewable energy projects.
5. Life Sciences and Manufacturing Support: Provide technical expertise for projects in the life sciences and manufacturing sectors.
6. Power Distribution Systems: Design and optimize power distribution systems for efficiency, reliability, and safety.
7. Arc Flash Mitigation Strategies: Implement effective arc flash mitigation strategies for safety and compliance.
8. Collaboration and Client Interaction: Work closely with teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
10. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure reliability, safety, and performance of electrical systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas preferred.
3. [5-10 years] of experience in electrical engineering with expertise in power, control systems, and automation.
4. Oil and gas industry knowledge, including refining, midstream logistics, and gas processing.
5. Familiarity with renewable energy, life sciences, manufacturing, and power distribution projects.
6. Proficiency in industry-standard software for electrical design and analysis.
7. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
