Our client provides full multi-discipline engineering, design, project management, procurement, and project management services to the refining and petrochemical industries. They are currently looking for Electrical Engineers and Designers (junior and mid-level). The positions can be based in Billings (MT), Anchorage (AK), Salt Lake City (UT) or Bellingham (WA). |
Must-Have Qualifications - Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 3-15 years in industrial electrical power, distribution, area classification, schematics, grounding, lighting, and heat tracing systems
- Technical Skills: Project scoping, estimating, and detailed electrical design expertise
- Software: Electrical modeling software (SKM, ETAP), lighting/heat trace design, AutoCAD preferred
- Certifications: PE preferred, ability to obtain TWIC card
Essential Requirements - Professional registration preferred

- National Electrical Code working understanding

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in-person, by phone, and via video conferencing.

- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- Able to travel to job sites (local and/or remote) as project needs require.
- Able to work in heavy industrial environments while wearing required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, fire-retardant clothing, gloves, etc.).
- Able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on elevated surfaces.
- Able to walk on uneven terrain and surfaces.
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and industrial environments during site visits.
