Job Description:
As an Environmental Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various waste stream determinations, hazardous waste management, solid waste management, and other aspects of RCRA compliance projects. Your duties will include preparing environmental compliance documents, permits, plans, and procedures, conducting fieldwork, leading data collection efforts, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will develop proposals, maintain client relationships, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage waste stream determinations, hazardous waste management, and solid waste management projects
- Prepare environmental compliance documents, permits, plans, and procedures
- Conduct fieldwork at client sites to collect data
- Lead data collection efforts and research projects
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement programs
- Develop proposals and maintain client relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering (preferably civil, environmental, or chemical)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA, CAA, CWA, OSHA, NPDES, and DOT preferred
- 3-8 years of environmental compliance experience, consulting experience is a plus
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER preferred
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as needed
