Environmental consulting firm in Swedesboro, NJ is looking for an excellent Senior Project Manager to join their team.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in geology, environmental science, or related scientific discipline
- 10+ years of Project Management with technical experience in the environmental consulting/engineering industry.
- Must be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate with clients and other staff, and prepare technical field notes and reports.
- Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task and possess prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail, quality of work, and the ability to take initiative and make technical decisions is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and/or 8 Hour Refresher
Experience
- Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
- Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
- Soil and Groundwater Investigations/Remediation
- Remedial Phase Reports (NJ Site Remediation Projects)
- Brownfields Redevelopment Projects
- RCRA Investigations
- NPDES Permitting
- Storage Tank (UST) Investigation and Closure Projects
Other Objectives:
Prior experience and familiarity with the New Jersey Technical Requirements for Site Remediation.
Prior experience with preparation of technical reports, such as survey reports, environmental assessments, workplans, investigation reports, permit applications, and other required written deliverables for submittal to clients and regulatory agencies (NJDEP).
Prior experience with development of technical work scopes and proposals and ability to work on projects independently.
