Our client is currently looking for a field technician to join their team!
This client has been involved with over 100 projects since starting in 2012. Some of the large-scale projects they have had the opportunity to service include P&J Fuel, AFRA, Greyhound Petroleum, and Channel Club Marina. They offer a variety of services to their clients such as remediation, ISRA Compliance, UST Compliance, Report Writing, Soil & Groundwater Sampling, Vapor intrusion sampling, GIS mapping and modelling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, analyzing environmental data, and preparing environmental reports. They will be expected to work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
- 0-2+ years of experience in environmental assessments and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hazwoper certification perferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field investigations and data collection/sampling, data evaluation, technical report writing, and authoring technical reports.
- Communicating with staff of all levels, ensuring quality execution, and evaluating site data to proactively progress projects toward regulatory closure
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute environmental projects
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
Travel will be required as projects will be in NJ and PA.
