Responsibilities:

  • Manage the expediting of deliverables for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, from the receipt of an approved purchase order through project closeout.
  • Track and oversee the receipt, inspection, approval, and return of all contract-required deliverables.
  • Monitor the supplier's production schedule and report on progress to ensure milestone compliance.
  • Prepare and present schedule updates and status reports to the project team.
  • Identify and address potential fabrication or shipment delays in collaboration with the supplier to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the supplier to develop and communicate timely transportation and lifting plans to the job site according to construction sequencing.
  • Schedule and manage deliveries to multiple sites, serving as a liaison between the supplier and site personnel.
  • Supervise onsite material deliveries, identify and report discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure the submission of final documentation for payment milestone completion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies and standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Experience in transmission line and substation projects is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of related work experience in supply chain, material tracking, or procurement.
  • Proven track record in a procurement organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet goals and deadlines.
