Responsibilities:
- Manage the expediting of deliverables for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, from the receipt of an approved purchase order through project closeout.
- Track and oversee the receipt, inspection, approval, and return of all contract-required deliverables.
- Monitor the supplier's production schedule and report on progress to ensure milestone compliance.
- Prepare and present schedule updates and status reports to the project team.
- Identify and address potential fabrication or shipment delays in collaboration with the supplier to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the supplier to develop and communicate timely transportation and lifting plans to the job site according to construction sequencing.
- Schedule and manage deliveries to multiple sites, serving as a liaison between the supplier and site personnel.
- Supervise onsite material deliveries, identify and report discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure the submission of final documentation for payment milestone completion.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Experience in transmission line and substation projects is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of related work experience in supply chain, material tracking, or procurement.
- Proven track record in a procurement organization.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet goals and deadlines.
