Field Coordinator  - Tank Cleaning

Job Specifics -

  • Rotation schedule will vary in accordance with the particular project, however regular in/out schedule will be determined and communicated to employees in advance;
  • Hours of work per day vary but are regularly 10-12 hours per day, with applicable overtime rates;
  • Projects are varied and 'on-site' and accommodation and food are provided.

 

Requirements -

  • Highly skilled and experienced Tank Operators who have worked in a Leadhand or Supervisory role
  • Tank cleaning on industrial equipment required
    *    Experience in physically demanding role
    *    Experience in creation of Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA)
    *    Background in ensuring tasks communicated from PM & Supervisors are executed
    *    Experience in FLHA creation, analyzing tasks at field level while recognizing and recording hazards prior to communication with employees at tailgate meetings.
    *    Have work experience completing pre-use inspections of equipment
    *    Excellent safety record
    *    Background in completing and submitting daily progress reports, work tickets, safety documentation, and other paperwork
    *    Has experience in preparing drawing packages and closeout documentation at completion of jobs
    *    Experience in ensuring that all required Operating and Safe Work Procedures are followed
    *    Has a background in resolving work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
    *    Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly on shift and throughout the shift
    *    Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
    *    Experience or capability working in confined space with breathing apparatus;
    *    Respectful, professional demeanor;
    *    Safety-focused experience required;
    *    Experience working with pumps and hydraulics required.
    *    Ability to execute tasks with limited Supervision
    *    Self-motivated and organized
