* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, ensure system performance and security, and evaluations on new software and hardware

* Effective communication skills are essential as they often interact directly with end-users to resolve technical issues

Technical Skills/Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
* Experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role
* Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
* Familiarity with network configurations, operating systems like Windows, macOS, Linux, and IT security protocols
