Electrician (Journeyman) - Must be US Citizen

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Read and understand electrical, architectural, and all other trade drawings read and understand project specifications.
  2. Perform layout and routing of conduit and circuits based on the contract drawings.
  3. Bend and install, EMT, PVC, and GRS conduit up to 4? with high proficiency,
  4. Be familiar with underground duct bank installations and required safety practices for underground conduit installations.
  5. Pull, install and terminate wiring for 208/120, and 480/277 systems.
  6. Install Switchgear/Switchboards/Panelboards/Safety Switches/Transformers.
  7. Install outlets, switching devices, lighting control and Audio Visual.
  8. Have a full set of electrical hand tools. (Parsons will supply ladders, conduit benders, and major power tools.
  9. Must have min OSHA 10, OSHA 30 preferred.
  10. Must have experience on heavy Commercial projects.

Qualifications:
Licensed Electrical Master or Journeyman License State or local level
Knowledge of National Electric Code, state, and local building codes
High school diploma or GED
Hold a valid driver's license & Clean Driving Record
Journeymen - Completion of a 4 or 5 year apprenticeship program with verification / certifications
Ability to lift, carry, and push a minimum of 50 pounds, unassisted
Communication skills, ability to interact with other skilled trade professionals, designers, and clients
Must be able to clear drug screen and background check

Pay Rate: $31.70/hr. (plus fringe)
Fringe Pay Rate: $13.08/hr.
Per Diem: $50/day (for anyone living 50+ miles from the jobsite)
