Customer Care - Language Interpreter
Jacksonville, FL
3-month Contract to hire
Responsibilities:
- Clearly and accurately interpreting between target language and source language people who have limited proficiency in English
- This position will involve over-the-phone and in person interpretation and sight translation of documents
- Completing necessary actions to resolve the customer's need
- Operating standard office equipment and uses required software
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned within the job scope
Requirements:
- Proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
- Three years combination of education and training, and/or experience in a customer service position
- Experience with MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Time-management skills
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish
