Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
This Maintenance Manager position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of a manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Manager oversees daily activities of the maintenance staff including mechanics and electricians, supports all production/facility equipment and teams, expands and executes the preventative maintenance program, coordinates corrective maintenance activities, procures and maintains plant critical spares, and maintains the facility in top condition.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in industrial maintenance management or equivalent, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Skills: Knowledge of various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. Strong computer skills.
- Safety: Strong safety knowledge and adherence to safety requirements.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving: Exceptional problem-solving ability and time/workflow management skills.
- Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
Supervisor Responsibility:
Direct supervision over all hourly maintenance mechanics and electricians.
Work Environment:
The position requires working in a manufacturing warehouse environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise.
Physical Demands:
The role involves standing for long periods, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, and engaging in various physical activities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time, salaried, exempt, day shift position with occasional flexibility in work hours.

Compensation Details:
