Maintenance Scheduler
Our client is a major refinery in the Salt Lake City area serving the fuel transportation and aviation fuel needs of the western United States. Operates an integrated network of strategic assets that creates and sells refined petroleum products, from feedstock acquisition to wholesale, commercial and, retail sales outlets.
The Maintenance Scheduler is primarily responsible for developing daily/weekly schedules in support of all routine maintenance activities in the area. Schedule all available resources to ensure they are fully utilized and craft backlogs are properly managed (<5 weeks). The Scheduler will maintain PM compliance by utilizing the PM Horizon report and scheduling all PPM's in a timely manner as not to go overdue. Specific areas of responsibilities include:
- Creates weekly maintenance schedule using SAP
- Monitors PM reports to track coming due PMs and prevent any from becoming overdue.
- Track PM Deferrals for the assigned area and assist the foreman with pushing the deferral process to completion.
- Maintain PM deferral records.
- Manages maintenance resources and adjusts manpower accordingly
- Monitors local and corporate KPI reports and identifies areas of improvement.
- Creates and tracks weekly backlog reports for the Area Zones and Teams.
- Print all PM's, routine work orders and work packages for the area foreman
- Is responsible for all completed PM documentation transfer from the field to central filing.
- Leads the daily update meetings.
- Creates weekly emergency and priority E/01 work order reports.
- Review PM Feedback forms and ensures notifications are entered for additional repairs that need to be made outside of the PPM.
- Print and Post weekly schedules along with KPI Graphs on Maintenance Dashboards.
- Work with OPS and Maintenance to build outage schedules including all RM and MM activities.
