Our client operates refineries across the US, offering gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, specialty lubricant products, and specialty and modified asphalt.
They are seeking 2 Material Coordinators in Anacortes, WA (contract position January 2026-April 2026).
Responsibilities:
| Understanding of plant policies, including escorting non-TWIC holders | 
| Able to act as an equipment spotter for others using proper hand signals and best practices | 
| Able to verify materials efficiently and at high accuracy rate | 
| Able to complete Good Receipts efficiently and at high accuracy rate | 
| Advanced ability to research Good Receipts Problems and discrepancies | 
| Able to stage materials in Laydown Yard Manager (LDM) efficiently and at high accuracy rate | 
| Able to issue materials out of inventory and Laydown Yard Manager (LDM) efficiently and at high accuracy rate | 
| Advanced ability to research delivery errors and/or discrepancies | 
| Able to assist plant personnel at the warehouse pickup window efficiently | 
| Able to complete safety audits and equipment checkoffs | 
| Basic understanding of Investment Recovery and organizing material returns | 
| Advanced understanding of Turnarounds and Turnaround material management procedures | 
| Advanced understanding of Projects and Projects material management procedures | 
| Advanced ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and complete assigned material management projects | 
| Able to manage all day-to-day warehouse activities efficiently and effectively | 
| Able to manage and lead Material Management Projects and be accountable for timely completion | 
| Able to led safety meetings, trainings, and staff meetings | 
| Able to lead a team and be accountable for other Material Management contract personnel | 
| Able to work independently or as part of a team with limited supervision | 
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Material Coordination/Material Management experience.
Oil and gas and turnaround experience is preferred.
 Compensation: Rate $35.00 - $40.00 hourly DOE
