PTS Advance has a unique position we are looking to fill for a PCMS Clerk with SAP experience. Experience working with inspection groups is preferred. Length of position. Anticipate 1 year minimum. ongoing role. Local candidates preferred. This is not a Hybrid position. On-site only.
Responsibilities:
- Administers the database, affecting changes/updates or other technical function necessary to ensure operation of the database.
- Routinely runs reportage using reporting tools, including SQL and BI based programs.
- Reports Metrics/KPIs routinely and generate reports for these when requested.
- Routinely audits data as specified by Chief Inspector/Reliability Manager.
- Performs and/or stewards the performance of data entry activities.
Experience/Qualifications:
- At least 5 years' experience working as an IDMS database administrator or at least 2 years of experience working specifically with PCMS as a database administrator.
- Experience utilizing reporting/BI tools to query data/generate reportage for certain metrics/KPIs/Information from database system backend.
- Experience inputting equipment design data and inspection data at different levels of the database.
- Experienced API inspector preferred.
- Experience working within an RBI program at a petrochemical facility is a plus.
Other requirements:
- Must pass a hair/urine drug test and background check.
- Participate in a random drug testing program.
- TWIC Card required.
- Current driver's license
- Authorized to work in US.
