Our client is an environmental consulting and construction firm that designs and implements sustainable environmental solutions, including solid and hazardous waste management, landfill gas, site remediation, renewable energy, and regulatory compliance. They have an immediate opportunity for a temp-to-hire Procurement Coordinator

 

Location: Remote

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team and support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing immediate operational needs and perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
  • Run regular reports and maintain accurate logs to support operational efficiency.
  • Follow up with vendors to obtain confirmations, status updates, and necessary shipping documentation.
  • Assist in tracking shipments and monitor delivery dates to ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records in Vision & Newforma systems.
  • Coordinate logistics and facilitate communication between various stakeholders.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation at storage facilities to ensure accuracy and accountability.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the Procurement Coordinator role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Ability to run reports and maintaining logs.

 

Start Date: Immediately

 

Pay Rate: $23/hr - $26/hr
