Our client is a global provider of specialty gases and equipment.  They are seeking a Project Technician Administrator in Long Beach, CA.



  • Manage Daily Office Activities
  1. Manage Badge, Parking, and Repair Request 
  2. Order and Maintain Office Supplies and Materials 
  3. Maintain Conference Room Calendar, Organize Meeting and Lunches as necessary 
  4. Develop Maintain Team Share Site 
  • Support West Region Capital Projects Team 
  1. Route Capital Project Request 
  2. Submit Capitalizations and Capital Asset Disposal Request 
  3. Assist in management of West Region Capital Project Request Site
  4. Capital Project Cost Reporting 
  5. Monitor Time Entry and Allocations 
  6. Documentation for Rebillable Capital 
  • Requisitioning Team Support 
  1. Create Service and Materials Requisitions in SAP 
  2. Follow Process Flow for Requisition Release 
  3. Monitor Purchase Orders 
  4. Complete Goods Receipt in SAP 
  5. Invoice Resolution with Vendors 
  6. Expedite Materials as necessary 
  • Uphold and communicate high standards of integrity


  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Controls, Project Systems, Maintenance Scheduling, turnaround execution, or related activity
  • 5+ years of experience in construction related or industrial environment 
  • Basic understanding of operating plant environment
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Principles
  • Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) OneNote, Adobe Acrobat, and SAP Project / Maintenance Modules 

Standard work schedule will be 5 days a week/ 8 hours a day; however, there may be periods that require extended hours to support Capital Project or Turnaround activities.

Travel may be required as much as 10-15% depending on projects and turnaround activities. Some Field work may be required.
