An exciting opportunity awaits in Northern California with PTS Avance. We are seeking a skilled Construction Quality Control Manager (CQM) for a prestigious $21 million project in the San Francisco Bay Area.


Key Requirements:

- Extensive construction background in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines

- Military experience is a must

- Proven project involvement ranging from $21 million to $40 million

- Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry

- At least 5 years of experience as a QC Manager on projects of $21 million or more

- Regular work schedule of 5 days a week, 8 hours a day

- Project commencement slated between January 2025 and April 2026


A construction quality manager (CQM) ensures that construction projects meet quality standards and are completed on time, within budget, and safelyThey are responsible for many tasks, including: 

  • Quality controlDeveloping and maintaining a quality control (QC) plan, and ensuring that the project is built according to specifications 

  • CommunicationCommunicating with stakeholders to understand project specifications, and communicating standards to workers 

  • ComplianceEnsuring that the project complies with all safety and quality regulations, including OSHA requirements and client-specific requirements 

  • Project managementOverseeing contract development, resource management, and project closure 

  • Quality toolsUsing statistical methods and quality tools to analyze and improve construction processes 

  • RepresentationRepresenting the company in any legal or other matters related to quality
