Looking for a 100% remote Recruiter position? PTS Advance has the job for you! One of our largest downstream energy clients is hiring a Recruiter for about a 3 month contract. They value their company culture and are looking for a go getter to join the team!


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-4 years recruiting experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent acquisition process required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an external bench of top talent.
  • Serves as a business partner to hiring managers to create recruiting and interviewing plans, define candidate selection criteria, develop job postings, and plan out the recruitment timeline for roles.  
  • Conducts regular follow-ups with managers to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Develops networks for attracting viable active and passive candidates through social, professional, and industry networks and contacts and understands functional hiring needs and search requirements to act as a resume evaluation expert.
  • Promotes consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that ensure a highly positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Utilizes applicant tracking system and manages full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
  • Maintains integrity and consistency of Talent Acquisition systems, processes and policies, to meet organizational, regulatory, or legal requirements. 
  • Ensures an EEO/AAP compliant selection process including reporting and internal education.
