Right of Way Due Diligence Agent 

Working to support the Land Management Administration department within the client company.

Pay Range: $40.00-$42.95 / hr. (Depending on Experience)

Location: 9420 W Sam Houston Pkwy, Houston Texas 77064

Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week)

Duration: 1 year contract

Responsibilities: 

• Participates in land due diligence projects associated with pipeline asset acquisitions and divestitures.  Responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements provisions.
• Responsible for abstracting and capturing relevant legal terms and provisions from easements, real property leases, deeds, and any other land documents into database. Handling the day-to-day management of land records.

Requirements: 

• Advanced proficiency level in reviewing and interpreting alignment sheets, surveys and plats required.
• Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required.
• Real estate title and project document management experience required.
• Must have some experience working with real estate and records management databases.
• Must have some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.);
• Must have midstream experience.
• Will take direction from Land Manager or delegate.
