Scope of Responsibilities

Portfolio Planning and Prioritization

· Establish and maintain an integrated roadmap across the active S2P initiatives.

· Translate each initiative into clear milestones, owners, target dates, dependencies, and required decisions.

· Maintain a current prioritization of the initiative portfolio based on business value, dependencies, resource capacity, timing, and leadership direction.

· Facilitate reprioritization when new business needs arise or resource/budget constraints require work to be accelerated, delayed, paused, or re-sequenced.

· Maintain visibility to potential additions to the portfolio, including remaining CrossCountry opportunities and new initiatives identified by Company, and support evaluation of their priority, timing, dependencies, and resource requirements.

· Incorporate approved new initiatives into the portfolio as directed by Company, including reprioritizing or re-sequencing existing work where necessary to accommodate changing business needs and available capacity.

Execution Governance and Follow-Through

· Conduct regular check-ins with initiative owners to confirm progress against committed milestones and actions.

· Ensure actions have clear owners and due dates and proactively follow up on overdue or stalled items.

· Identify initiatives that are losing momentum and work with the appropriate owners to establish a recovery plan.

· Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Supply Chain, IT, Finance/AP, Tax, and other stakeholders as required.

· Coordinate with external vendors or implementation partners where applicable without assuming responsibility for the vendor's technical or functional deliverables.

Dependency and Resource Management

· Identify and actively manage dependencies between initiatives.

· Maintain visibility to shared-resource constraints, particularly where the same Supply Chain, Coupa, SAP, IT, Finance/AP, or SME resources are needed across multiple initiatives.

· Recommend sequencing changes when dependencies or capacity issues put committed timelines at risk.

· Surface decisions or resource conflicts requiring leadership intervention.

This is particularly important for this portfolio because CrossCountry identified explicit relationships among the initiatives rather than treating them as independent workstreams.

Risk, Issue and Decision Management

· Maintain a consolidated risk, issue, action, and decision log.

· Ensure significant risks and decisions are raised to the appropriate level quickly rather than remaining unresolved within individual workstreams.

· Document key portfolio decisions and resulting impacts to scope, timing, resources, or priorities.

· Distinguish between items that require working-team resolution and items requiring leadership direction.

Leadership Reporting

· Provide a concise recurring portfolio status update for the Director of Supply Chain Systems and other appropriate stakeholders.

· Highlight overall progress, key accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, decisions needed, resource constraints, and changes in priority.

· Facilitate periodic leadership portfolio reviews focused on decisions and exceptions rather than detailed project administration.

· Maintain an overall view of whether the portfolio remains aligned to Company's S2P transformation objectives.

Expected Deliverables

1. Integrated S2P Transformation Roadmap — one consolidated view of active initiatives, milestones, owners, dependencies, target dates, and status.

2. Initiative-Level Plans — lightweight project plans or one-page charters defining objective, scope, owner, major milestones, key dependencies, required decisions, and success criteria.

3. Portfolio Action / Risk / Decision Log — centralized tracker for critical commitments, blockers, risks, decisions, and escalations.

4. Recurring Portfolio Dashboard Management— concise red/yellow/green status for each active initiative with accomplishments, next milestones, risks, decisions needed, and any changes to timing. [Company will facilitate the creation of this]

5. Prioritization and Capacity View — current portfolio sequencing with visibility to resource conflicts and recommendations when priorities need to change.

6. Leadership Review Materials — concise materials for periodic SVP-level portfolio reviews.
