Sr. Analyzer Technician

Position Description:
A qualified candidate for this position will possess 10-20 years of experience in process analyzer and CEMS applications, maintenance, and service support. Experience in Emerson, Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, ThermoElectric, SICK and Teledyne are highly preferred.
The candidate will also need to illustrate a high competency in troubleshooting of these analyzers as well as the sampling systems, bundles, heaters, and probes that are associate with these systems. The candidate will support our clients from a field service standpoint as required and also support our integration efforts in the shop which will include analyzer integration guidance, setup (configuration), calibration and start up and commissioning and QAQC for ISO purposes.
The candidate will also support engineering with field walks to develop scope as well as validate scope when developing proposals as needed. It is desired that the candidate have the capability to support engineering with design packages during the engineering phase as well.
Experience Required:
10-20 years' of experience supporting Analyzer projects
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Shop analyzer set up, calibration and testing.
- Serve as Field service representative for analytical equipment to be installation support, start up and commissioning, training, and maintenance activities.
- Field walks to support scope development for proposal generation and project engineering assistance will also be a function of this position.
