Senior Process Engineer (Hydrogen Infrastructure)

Looking for a Senior Process Engineer with a passion for Zero-Carbon fuel to lead the process design functions for Hydrogen Infrastructure and Project Development.  The Senior Process Engineer will lead projects that develop hydrogen production, storage, and energy infrastructure.  

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess new and existing hydrogen technologies
- Develop technology readiness level assessments for hydrogen and ammonia production
- Develop Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID's, and high level heat and material balances
- Develop process databases and data sheets for instrumentation and equipment
- Develop and review process engineering calculations
- Review the thermal ratings of heat exchangers, control valve specification and selection, pump tank, vessel and hydrogen compressor sizing
- Develop Summary reports and review and approve project design documentation
- Lead Client review meetings 
- Coordinator and develop plant start-ups and performance test runs
- Responsible for review and follow-up during the detailed engineering work cycle

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 5 Years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering best practices, processes, and procedures
- Working level knowledge of hydrogen industry codes and standards to include NFPA 2, ASME B31.12, and CGA 5.5
- Knowledge of hydrogen and other process fluid piping design, CO2 capture technology, SMR technology, water treatment, fire and cooling systems, heat exchanger design and thermal ratings
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills


Salary - $110,000 - $125,000
