PTS Advance is looking to speak with Supplier Quality Engineers who have a life sciences background to join our global medical device client in the Boulder, Colorado area. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's suppliers meet its quality standards. This includes developing and implementing supplier quality management systems, conducting supplier audits, and resolving quality issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supplier quality management systems that meet the company's requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits to assess their compliance with the company's quality standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues with suppliers.
- Work with suppliers to improve their quality processes.
- Maintain records of supplier performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry quality standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems.
- Experience conducting supplier audits.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
