Turnaround TRACK Administrator - Contract 

 Home Base: Pasadena, TX (preferred) or Gonzales, LA
 Travel Required: 25-40% (U.S. & Canada)
 Duration: 2-Year Contract
 Start Date: January 5th

Overview
Air Products is seeking Turnaround TRACK Administrators to join the Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) Group. These roles support large-scale Turnaround execution across North America. Ideal candidates are located within driving distance to Pasadena, TX or Gonzales, LA (within ~70 miles for in-person team meetings), but remote candidates will be considered if willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities
TAR Support & Contractor Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between procurement and the TAR execution team to ensure all contracts are implemented per bid documents (pay formulas, agreements, skills, schedules, and rates).
  • Set up contractors in TRACK, including work schedules, rates, cost objects, and security/badging information.
  • Support turnaround planning and execution, including 40-day onsite Turnarounds (Torance, CA; Baytown, TX; and multiple sites next year).
Badging, Gate, & Security
  • Develop badging and accountability strategies per Air Products' safety/security requirements.
  • Support implementation of gate systems and security infrastructure.
  • Create badges, process system data, and manually manage security-related tasks when needed.
Daily Time & Cost Administration
  • Calculate and reconcile all contractor time daily; resolve exceptions (scan issues, missing data, etc.).
  • Review and approve override hours with required vendor documentation.
  • Run daily reports: non-allocated, non-accepted, rejected time entries.
  • Audit TRACK data and run weekly cost reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to processes.
Service Requisitioning & Invoicing
  • Create service requisitions in SAP.
  • Support cost tracking, reporting, and close-out of labor, materials, and equipment related to TAR activities.
  • Process and post invoices; authorize costs once verification is complete.
  • Work with vendors to ensure all final invoicing aligns with TRACK-verified costs.
  • Lead close-out efforts and collaborate with procurement and outage teams to adjust purchase orders as needed.
Reporting & Communication
  • Provide daily gate log and TRACK reporting (headcounts, manhours, burn rates, crew sizes, etc.).
  • Mentor, coach, and onboard vendor timekeepers, reconcilers, and outage team members.
  • Attend team meetings (in-person when within driving distance).

Required Skills & Experience
  • TRACK software experience (Turnaround-specific; familiarity with NCI/MyTrack used by other companies is acceptable).
  • SAP requisitioning experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Comfortable working long hours during Turnarounds; schedule may vary after TA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and OneNote.
  • Willing to travel across U.S. and Canada for Turnaround assignments.

Preferred Industry Experience: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy.

Education
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
