Location: Garyville, LA 
Schedule: 20-25hrs a week. 
Pay: $20hr
Duration: 1 year long contract  
 
The main purpose of the position is to transition paper-based training records into a digital format and ensure compliance and completeness of these records. This involves:
Responsibilities: 
  • Auditing Training Records:
    • Reviewing existing physical training documentation to identify missing, outdated, or incomplete information.
    • Coordinating with internal training staff to close any gaps?this could mean requesting signatures, dates, certifications, etc.
  • Digitization & Organization:
    • Scanning or transcribing completed records into a digital database or file system.
    • Creating an organized digital archive for easier access, retrieval, and regulatory compliance.
  • Admin Support:
    • General administrative tasks (likely filing, data entry, scheduling training sessions, printing materials, etc.) to support the LRD team.
 
Requirements:
