If you are a reliable, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional, this opportunity is for you! My pharmaceutical client in the greater Newark area is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Corporate Advocacy team and help fulfill their philosophy of human health care.
Essential Functions:
* Manage timeline of events for internal and external Advocacy events and engagements
* Organize and coordinate the distribution of Advocacy event materials
* Maintain a monthly Advocacy and detailed status report
* Process invoices and payments to external stakeholders
* Manage payment reporting and tracking
* Coordinate multiple calendars and arrange meetings
* Process and manage expense reports
* Coordinate travel for Corporate Advocacy team members
Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience of commercial operations functions and processes in pharmaceutical industry
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Ability to multitask and work in a high energy, fast paced environment
* Reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Administrative experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- 6-month initial contract with potential for conversion.
- Hybrid schedule, 3 days on-site and 2 days remote
