Administrative Assistant/Document Control
Texas City, TX
Duration: Ongoing Contract

Responsibilities:
- Type letters, reports, memos, etc.
- Track schedules, budgets, etc.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities
- Conduct the set-up, organization, and maintenance of filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Prepare meeting minutes (minutes, outcomes, action plans, follow up)
- Order office supplies
- Onboard new staff in the department on office matters
- Manage queries on office matters
- Assist with additional general administrative duties as directed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Administrative/Document control experience, preferred.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
- Personable individual, team player, and willing to learn.
