Administrative Assistant/Document Control
Texas City, TX
Duration: Ongoing Contract 
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO

Responsibilities: 

  • Type letters, reports, memos, etc.
  • Track schedules, budgets, etc.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Conduct the set-up, organization, and maintenance of filing systems
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  • Prepare meeting minutes (minutes, outcomes, action plans, follow up)
  • Order office supplies
  • Onboard new staff in the department on office matters
  • Manage queries on office matters
  • Assist with additional general administrative duties as directed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Administrative/Document control experience, preferred. 
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel 
  • Personable individual, team player, and willing to learn.
