PTS is looking for an Application Analyst (Pricing) to join our clients team located in Houston, TX. This is a year long contract, and start date is January 2023. The Application Analyst (Pricing) is accountable for providing technical-based systems support to our Marketing and Pricing organization. Job Title: Application Analyst (Pricing)
Location: CityWest Blvd, Houston TX, 77042
Pay Range: $60.00-70.00 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
Duration: 1 year contact
Responsibilities:
- The US Marketing Application Analyst - Pricing is accountable for providing technical-based systems support to our Marketing and Pricing organization.
- Primary responsibility is to ensure excellent customer service through the application of customer support skills, business, and technical knowledge to triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate or resolve vendor software, as well as in-house developed pricing applications, configurations, processes, interfaces, and add-on application issues.
- Additional key responsibilities to perform analysis of existing application protocols and software tools, recommendations for improved procedures and policies, assistance to users in using and interpreting software tools and products, support in achieving departmental goals and objectives,
- Ensure compliance of all security measures in application development processes.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience of Application Analyst working experience.
- Must have a Bachelors in IT field, or related working experience with a 2-year degree
- Must be experienced in PROS Pricing Solution (Analytics Pricing Xcellence (APX/Pros)) application
- SAP and SAP Fiori experience as well as cloud infrastructure knowledge (especially AWS) is preferred
- Ability to understand end-to-end business processes to provide the best support, as well as understanding IT infrastructure in order to troubleshoot is very valuable
Technologies:
SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx would be what the position would deal with on a day-to-day
