Civil Engineer (PE) – Omaha, NE

We're seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) with strong technical skills and a passion for site development to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including site master planning and infrastructure design, with a focus on innovation and quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead site development, site master planning, and site selection efforts
• Design underground utility routing and plan site layouts
• Conduct hydrology analysis for storm drain systems
• Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems
• Develop final grading plans, including cut/fill analysis and earthwork balancing
• Prepare erosion & sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans
• Support permit approval processes with local AHJs
• Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using StormCAD, CivilStorm, or similar tools

What We're Looking For

• PE license required
• 4–8 years of civil engineering experience
• Advanced Civil 3D skills
• Data center experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

Work Arrangement

This role is based in Omaha, NE. The selected candidate will need to be in the office 2 days per week.
